About me
I've had a passion for words for as long as I can remember. As a child, I read so much that my mother punished me without books if I misbehaved. The first story I wrote, when I was four, was about a very ugly princess who threw all her suitors to the sharks. Since then, I've tried to keep writing and let myself be called out and inspired by my surroundings.
In my head, it's a mixture of sounds and colours. The round murmur of Spanish rubs shoulders with the percussive sounds of German and the pleasant crackle of French. Languages have never been too much of a mystery to me. I grew up with parents and grandparents who spoke French, Spanish, and Galician, all at the same time. I've always studied in bilingual establishments and have acquired excellent English skills. My education in Switzerland and my Matura (high school diploma) with bilingual honours bear witness to my level of German, which I actually owe to my school year spent in Berlin. I'm now learning Italian. Later, Portuguese, Russian, or Basque, we'll see.
Staying in one place for a long time has never appealed to me. I'm currently studying Journalism in Pamplona, a small town in northern Spain. Thanks to this training, I hope to acquire theoretical skills, develop my practical abilities, and feed my insatiable curiosity.
This blog is like my portfolio, a compilation of works that I enjoy and like to share. Obviously, everything is made by my own hands, even the illustrations (unless otherwise specified).
